Collada does one thing: architecture. Not technology recruitment with an architecture desk, not a consultancy with a hundred people to keep busy. Architecture, in New Zealand, since 2023.
That focus is the whole business. It is why we can count the market, why we know who is good, and why we can tell you honestly when the answer is not to hire anyone at all.

Across government, banking, utilities and the primary industries, plus seventy-six associate architects engaged since 2023. We will give you references from both sides, the person who hired us and the architect who did the work.
How we assess
We use the industry frameworks, not a method of our own. The architecture domains and levels of abstraction are well established, and they are how we describe what good looks like, score a shortlist and review an existing team. The judgement is ours. The expertise belongs to the architect.
