Permanent and fixed-term leadership hires. We know who is good, who is ready to move, and what they will cost.
Work with us
We name the people doing the work before anything is signed.
Both are billed on time.
Associates do the architecture on a project. Delivery, alongside your team, on a programme with a deadline.
Advisory is about the practice rather than the project. More senior, shorter, and pointed at how the function is set up, whether the decisions being made are sound, and what to do about it.
If you are not sure which you need, that is usually an advisory conversation.
Permanent and fixed-term leadership hires. We know who is good, who is ready to move, and what they will cost.
Delivery. Independent architects doing the architecture on your projects and programmes. Named before you sign, assessed against the industry frameworks, engaged as a vendor.
Practice-level work. How your architecture function is set up, whether it is working, and assurance on the decisions being made. Senior, time and materials, against an estimate.
Full ratecard on request, usually the same day.
Rates depend on the person, so we will not pretend otherwise. To quote accurately we need three things: what the work is, how senior it needs to be, and when it starts. One conversation is usually enough.
A conversation about the problem, not the role. If an assignment is the wrong answer we will say so.
Named, with references, and assessed against recognised industry frameworks. No substitution later.
Monthly, cancellable, no lock-in on a squad.
A check-in at two weeks and every month after, with the architect and with you separately.
